I am currently working in Accenture Strategy and Consulting as a Management Consulting Analyst - Change Management. Prior to this, I had pursued my Master\'s in Organisation Development, Change, and Leadership (ODCL) at Mumbai\'s Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS).I have interned at P&G, where I identified future skills for line operators in the context of the company\'s manufacturing excellence system (IWS). At another internship at Mahindra Finance, I designed a training workshop for the organisation\'s senior leaders to revamp their HiPot talent identification process. At Vodafone Idea, I created a business case for the implementation of AI tools in recruitment and identified the top vendors in India. At Adenza (now NASDAQ), I performed a skills gap analysis and created an outline for a Power Skills Development Academy for various management levels.Before joining TISS, I worked at Gartner as part of their Quantitative Analytics and Data Science Team. I performed cross-geographic stakeholder, process, and data asset management. My work ensured clients received the highest service fulfillment for their investment across various products and services.
