ABOUT SUKHI RANUE

I have over 25+years of experience in financial services and IT consultancy, having driven strategies for senior business leaders, enabling cost management, business growth, and effective decision making.In my current role as Head of Strategic workforce planning I’m leading the design and implementation of a strategic workforce planning (SWP) framework across Phoenix Group, with a focus on future-fit capability building and system integration. Spearheading a cross-functional initiative to embed SWP principles into business planning, while introducing tools and technologies that enable data-driven workforce decisions. Partnering with HR, Finance, and Strategy teams to align talent supply with long-term business demand, ensuring agility, resilience, and clarity in workforce strategy.Prior to my current role, I worked as an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley, I led the technology workforce and vendor strategy for the Technology organization, overseeing the design, development and execution of workforce strategy and planning.I have a strong background in business and financial management, having qualified as a CIMA management accountant and over 15 years experience in Senior Business Management roles.Career highlights include- leading the financial management of a large scale multi year transformational program impacting 80K users and 150k desktops across the globe- Creating a success story by establishing a shared services business management function in Budapest, becoming the blue print for future deployment cases- Successfully overseeing a workforce strategy impacting 32k resources across Technology to meet 2023 objectives 18months ahead of schedule- Achieving highest mark in the world in 2005 exams and landing TOPCIMA prizeOver the course of my career I have developed key skills in leadership and stakeholder management through being able to navigate large matrix organizations, managing a diverse set of stakeholders, and using my influencing skills to obtain buy-in and support.
