Client (YABX) – a cloud-based digital lending platform, working on a collaborative lending model, to serve customers lacking access to internet/smartphone and banking services\\\\n• Credit Risk and Portfolio management in growing East Africa & LATAM regions\\\\n• Leveraging alternate data sources (mobiquity wallet running on ussd, GSM CDR, credit card) to create credit risk profiles of the customers with no proper bureau and banking info\\\\n• Designed, refined, and implemented strategies to achieve following objectives– a. grow the portfolio (customer base – ETC/NTC, loan disbursals), b. manage risk (repayments, loan defaults), and c. increase revenues\\\\n• Identified key levers driving the portfolio in any particular market and devised improvement plans\\\\n• Designed a campaign management framework, for targeting customers to improve loan disbursals and repayment behavior\\\\n• Client presentations to present the new strategies and ongoing portfolio performance\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
