I have been appointed as a Site Supervisor at BHEL for the Warranty Maintenance and Commissioning of propulsion systems for high-performance locomotives and trains, including AC EMUs, MEMUs, HLC, CC, and Train 18 (Vande Bharat). My primary duties involve supervising warranty maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues, and overseeing the commissioning of equipment at electric and diesel sheds across Indian Railways. I also collaborate with railway personnel to ensure smooth operations, adhere to maintenance schedules, and prepare detailed performance reports for warranty claims and monitoring.During my tenure, I successfully handled the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) at the Ludhiana site, ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of railway systems. I played a key role in the commissioning of Train 18 (Vande Bharat), meeting project deadlines while effectively resolving complex technical challenges to reduce downtime. My contributions have significantly enhanced the collaboration between BHEL and Indian Railways, ensuring the successful execution of warranty and commissioning operations.
