Running fortnightly meetings with Project Managers and Project Administrators to Identify root cause issues driving errors in invoicing and discuss issues that delay collection for specific projects due to discrepancies spotted in the fee service agreement-Prompt follow-up of unidentified deposits, i.e, contacting customers for remittances, and contacting our bank for details of over-the-counter cheque deposits.
