Finance professional with 13 years of progressive experience in financial controllership, stakeholder management, strategic planning, and investor relations. Over the past 8 years at Bajaj Electricals Limited (BEL), I have been responsible for leading the finance controllership function while partnering closely with the Consumer Products and Lighting Solutions business verticals. I play a key role in driving financial governance, business performance management, and strategic decision support. My experience has provided me with strong industry acumen and a deep understanding of the Fast-Moving Electrical Goods (FMEG) sector.At BEL, I have led multiple high-impact transformation initiatives, including a successful ₹350 crore fundraise through a rights issue, the demerger of the EPC vertical into a separate listed entity, and the institutionalization of key financial and governance policies. I have also driven organizational restructuring efforts, and conceptualized the ESG roadmap, aligning business objectives with sustainability goals. In my capacity as being groomed to be part of the leadership team, I represent BEL in audit committee and board meetings alongside the CFO, contributing to strategic discussions. A core strength lies in stakeholder management, which I leverage to effectively lead the Investor Relations function, ensuring transparent communication and strong relationships with investors and market participants.I am recognized for strategic leadership, business agility, and the ability to navigate change with composure and clarity.
