LIVE is an innovative online learning community founded by Carnegie Mellon Professor and former USA International Mathematical Olympiad coach Po-Shen Loh, built around a simple belief: mathematics is the strongest vehicle for helping students develop the skills they'll need to thrive in an AI-powered world.
Rather than focusing on memorization or finding the fastest answer, LIVE uses collaborative problem-solving to help students become confident thinkers who communicate effectively, embrace challenges, think creatively, and learn from one another. Every class is designed to cultivate curiosity and the ability to approach unfamiliar problems with confidence.
