Responsible for the collective on-boarding program across the three Direct Response call centers. I partner with Sales Managers and our Recruiting organization to develop and implement selection strategies across the DRCs. I also partner with Campus Recruiting to source, select, and lead a growing College Internship Program across the DRC. Through direct reports, I provide a focus on driving consistency within the sites by standardizing the delivery of a value-based sales curriculum designed to supplement the skills and knowledge acquired by employees after new hire training.
