I grew our consumer subscriptions business by through product improvements to acquisition and retention funnels. I shipped Microsoft\'s first co-branded credit card (Xbox Mastercard) and an unbundled, identity agnostic payment & checkout platform, both designed with user trust and data safety as foundational principles.I\'m passionate about translating complex technical capabilities into intuitive, human-centric experiences. Whether it\'s a payment flow, an AI interaction, or a subscription journey, I believe the best products feel effortless while building deep trust with users.Over my career, I\'ve hired, managed, and mentored product managers with particular passion for supporting early-career PMs and women in tech.
