Deep dive and perform root cause analysis for course correction Prepare internal report outs on CPIs and KPIs status for aligned processors Leading compulsory governance activity, across locations (Bangalore and Mumbai), as agreed with Client Partners Identify and remove redundancies in processes handled Liaise with the Geography HR counterparts for aiding and assisting in bulk employee movements vis.a.vis, volume recruitment, promotions, transfers/separation etc. Demonstrate high proficiency in processes and standard operating procedures with ability to resolve complex queries Assist in task allocation among assigned team members in absence of designated Lead Manage exception cases and calibrate with both internal and external stakeholders on new learning opportunities arising out of such cases Mentor and train new joiners in the team As a Processor was part of Core team assigned for driving ad-hoc activities as requested by clients
