ABOUT SUKANTA SEN

As a Technical Manager at ICICI Bank, I oversee the technical aspects of home loan and mortgage valuation in two different states, Assam and Tripura. I coordinate with various stakeholders, such as builders, developers, brokers, and customers, to ensure the accuracy and quality of the property appraisal and analysis. I also supervise and approve the construction projects that are funded by the bank, following the relevant building plans and estimates.I have a strong background in civil engineering and construction technology and management, with a M.Tech degree from Desh Bhagat University and a B.Tech degree from Kammavari Sangh Group & Institutions. I have also worked as an Assistant Technical Manager at Avani infrastructure solutions, where I performed retail valuation for residential, commercial, and industrial properties across Bengaluru and outside, for various banks and funding institutions. I have developed skills in engineering, AutoCAD, project management, business development, and technical audit. I am passionate about applying my knowledge and expertise to enhance the value and quality of the properties and projects that I work on.
