Design and development of the BLE(Bluetooth Low Energy) IOT stack on next generation Cable modem router using C/C++. Integrating and supporting partners BLE tracking devices including in Comcast Gateway and Set up box. Comcast gateway and setup box are capable of discover and ring tile to track customer personal belonging. Wrote a software component that runs on gateway/setup box and interacts with the cloud that handle data transfer back and forth between Tile and cloud when during discovery and ring of tile. Using Bluetooth to develop and run diagnostic tools to query various run time statistics and check overall health of the device. Facilitate Gateway activation using Bluetooth to improve overall customer experience. Bluetooth presence detection and reporting to solve some of the operation issue like device swap before customer move in to an apartment. Supporting BLE beaconing and securing the connection(LE secure connection paring) while communicating sharing data with the Mobile app. Developed platform that support silicon labs BLE Firmware management at run time.
