Being the Primary Point of Contact and offering advisory regarding financial performance of Projects to Senior Leadership and key Internal Stakeholders. Working with Partners, MDs and senior stakeholders to maximize earnings growth and value for the firm• Leading conversations with Deloitte Partners presenting KPI Metrics of their Book of Business, discussing areas of potential Billings and Collections risk and key areas where logistical support or specific actions could be required and offering advice on improving profitability of their Projects. Providing Ad-Doc assistance to leadership and stakeholders to solve various issues.• Designing and delivering innovative query driven Excel and Power BI dashboards using SAP HANA to provide insights into the financial health and performance of the portfolio.• Setting up, maintaining, and delivering Trackers and recurring reports that provide the leadership insights around Profitability KPIs, Budget Variances, Billing Schedules etc.• Initiating and assisting with Pricing and Budgeting pursuits by interacting with Project leadership and setting up Pricing Models for their Projects as per contract and internal discussions regarding staffing. Further assistance in regular Forecasting to ensure Project KPIs are within planned targets.• Member of Deloitte US Testing Initiative which involved performing UATs on enhancement modules. Carried out intensive tests on Revenue Recognition methods and Forecasting modules involving platforms like Anaplan, SAPS4Hana and SAP Fiori.• Since the beginning of 2023, working as a part of a Pilot team to roll-out the Practice’s service delivery Model to Deloitte Israel. Helped in defining services, risk reporting framework, reporting solutions, new processes to enhance controls across project life cycle, developing connections across Finance and IT Teams to standardize processes, fix technical issues and create enhanced workflows, training and guiding, newly inducted team members.
