Perform comprehensive patient intake including vital signs, medication history, and pain assessments to support physicians in developing accurate and personalized treatment plans- Utilize eClinicalWorks and MDToolbox to document patient encounters and electronically prescribe medications, ensuring compliance with clinical protocols and safety standards- Access and evaluate patient data through PMDP (Prescription Drug Monitoring Programs) to assess Morphine Milligram Equivalents (MME), identify recent fill dates, and coordinate with pharmacies to verify prescription adherence and refill activity- Monitor patient response to interventional pain procedures such as lumbar and cervical epidural injections, documenting outcomes and preparing follow-up evaluations for the care team- Collect and process urine drug screens (UDS), interpret toxicology results to confirm presence of appropriate metabolites and compliance with prescribed medications- Support procedural workflows including lead pulls and wound care, while educating patients on post-treatment instructions and long-term pain management strategies- Coordinate clinical operations such as appointment scheduling, medical billing support, and health education delivery, enhancing patient care continuity and clinic efficiency
