Mentor & Coach – GMAT, GRE, CAT, SAT, ACT; over 15 years exp.| IIT alumnus I help students and professionals prepare for GMAT, CAT, GRE, SAT, and ACT and achieve their target scores. I focus on the Quantitative / Mathematics (and Reasoning – CAT) sections for these tests and also on developing an overall strategy for these tests. My mentoring is based on developing strong fundamentals. I often focus on showing multiple approaches to the same problem and discussing the pros and cons of each – this helps in having a better understanding of the problem at hand. I am friendly, patient and encourage people to ask questions. I reinforce learning by asking specific questions where people are most likely to err. This helps students improve their performance in the tests.
