As an ART QA Lead in the Credit Solutions product line partner with Product Mgmt. & Dev. function(s) to develop, improve & deliver quality with superior UX /UI experience across Ratings Direct on CIQ Pro Develop QA metrics across functions to help provide visibility into scrum team activities, and quantify and manage delivery. Utilize the same to Act as coach, mentor & manager for QAs on scrum teams to establish adherence to QA practices laid out with a quality-first mindset for scrum team delivery. Help teams shift left by testing more on API, and DB layer with minimal UI tests. Encourage component-based regression suite to help build context-driven quality tests rather than doing everything every time. Collaborate on non-functional requirements (NFRs) with horizontal teams and help drive performance, security & accessibility aspects of the application. Remove Quality Debt through regular clean-up (s) and partnership with SPMs & commercial teams by bringing in transparency through the prioritization process. Work with internal and external auditors to help and share all system(s) information as needed to demonstrate adherence to organization IT practices at the global and regional levels. Partner with the Data Quality team to help them with the facilitation of DQ checks by incorporating TDM practices to ensure the quality of data for end-users. Create a growth culture to help continuous improvement & upskilling for individual contributors & QA Leads to help them see through blind spots, acknowledge shortcomings, and work with them to consciously remove insecurities and create growth opportunities through platforms available in the organization. Help manage the budget for recruitment, performance reviews, rewards & compensation for team members within the function incl. vendor management.
