Officer Store & Inventory.Following are my responsibilities-Keeping Track of Inflow and Outflow material from Store and guide Store managerto control and tracking of material computerized material management system(SAPSystem)• Organizing for Inspection of incoming material for quality and inspect if necessary.• Ensure the quantity of the incoming material as per purchase order.• Mobilizing of stores at site and managing smooth function stores and handlingprocurement of general stores items.• Keeping contact with vendors for materials supplies and making sure timeliness andquality of the same, also handling auditors and verification of supplier’s bills.• Verification and certification of Sub-contractors and Supplier invoices• Record keeping of various activity.
