   In my day-to-day role as a ServiceNow ATF Developer, I review user stories and understand the functional requirements so I can identify which scenarios should be automated. I design and build ATF test cases, test suites, and reusable scripted steps, using both out-of-box actions and custom logic when needed. I also set up and maintain the test data required for reliable automation.Each day, I run ATF tests, analyze failures, and debug issues related to scripts, business rules, UI policies, or incorrect data. When I find defects, I log them and work with developers and QA to get them resolved. I continually refactor tests to keep them stable as features evolve.I also support our CI/CD process by integrating ATF tests into pipelines like Jenkins or Azure DevOps so tests run automatically during deployments. I collaborate with my Scrum team during stand-ups, refinements, and release discussions to ensure that automation aligns with ongoing changes.Documentation is another important part of my daily work—I maintain test plans, update standards, and create reusable components. Before every upgrade or major release, I run full regression suites to confirm compatibility and catch any issues early.
