I focus on delivering a structured, efficient, and positive hiring experience through strong coordination with candidates and internal stakeholders.Before this, I worked as a Junior Client Advocate at Enova Hardware and Software Solutions, acting as a bridge between clients and developers. I was involved in coordinating project requirements, supporting project management activities, addressing client queries, and resolving issues with clarity and accountability. This role strengthened my communication skills, technical understanding, and ability to manage expectations in dynamic environments.I also completed a learning-focused internship with Aisosys Technologies Pvt. Ltd, which provided early exposure to HR functions, professional communication, and organizational workflows.I am currently pursuing my MBA at KV Institute of Management and Information Studies, specializing in Human Resources. This academic foundation enhances my practical experience and supports my growing expertise in HR operations, recruitment strategies, and people management.With experience across recruitment, HR operations, client service, and project coordination, I bring a balanced blend of people skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
