Responsible for testing various scenarios and Test Plans to validate the Vehicle Functionalities of thedifferent Automotive modules.• Implemented and managed Design Verification Plan and Report (DVP & R) processes to ensure thethorough testing and validation of product designs and ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.•Performed functional testing on exterior and interior lighting systems, ensuring compliance with FMVSS & CMVSS under various environment conditions.•Performed in-vehicle validation of ADAS features including Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC), Lane Keep Assist (LKA), Forward collision warning and Automatic emergency Braking (AEB), ensuring system performance under various driving scenarios.•Developed and executed test plans and test cases to validate Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) features including warning indicators, telltales, Navigation display, turn-by-turn guidance, odometer and trip computer ensuring accurate functionality with design specifications.•Tested and validated Body controls like lighting, power windows, door locks and wiper systems, ensuring correct operation across all user inputs.•Performed compliance testing on critical vehicle systems including Speedometer accuracy (Per regulatory standards), Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) functionality and Power window operations.• Hands-on experience with Vector tools like CANoe for simulating signals and collecting logs.• Used Chrysler Diagnostics Application (CDA) to conduct comprehensive vehicle testing, to retrieve and analyze diagnostics trouble codes DTCs and to flash software to the respective modules.• Conducted bench and In-Vehicle validation, andperformed end to-end validation to assess feature performance under real-world conditions.• Documented test results, generated weekly reports, and created technical documentation like test reports and product specifications throughout the entire product development process.•
