I am currently a part of the Project Management Office (PMO) at DXC Technology, where I lead a global team responsible for overseeing complex IT projects from inception to completion for our client, Ahold Delhaize. Ahold Delhaize is a leading grocery chain with over stores along the U.S. East coast and total revenues exceeding $16B in 2022.My primary responsibility is to plan, organize, and direct the completion of IT projects for Ahold Delhaize. I work closely with client managers and leadership teams to understand business requirements and delivery timelines, and then collaborate with DXC development teams to plan, design, develop, test, and implement software applications critical to the client\'s successful transition to the new fully owned procurement and logistics model, part of the Self Distribution Program (SDP).Regular client interaction is also a significant part of my job, and I conduct project status reviews, change management, enhancements, and improvements to applications. Additionally, I provide weekly reports to the Client and DXC leadership teams on project progress, budget utilization, resource demand and allocations, and any concerns that arise.My experience in project management, along with my expertise in IT, enables me to effectively manage complex projects and deliver successful outcomes for clients. I am a natural problem-solver, and I thrive in fast-paced environments.
