Supply Chain Solution: Apply deep knowledge of supply chain processes, such as Procurement, Logistics, Material Planning, Export & Import to map functional business needs into platform capabilities in AI-Native Digital Supply Chain & Logistics Product Suite.• Oversee Supply Chain, Procurement, logistics and distribution networks to ensure efficient, compliant, and cost-effective flow of materials and products.• E-Procurement Solution Development: Spearheading the E-Procurement SaaS solution from concept to MVP, including RFQ automation, vendor onboarding, and AI-based supplier selection. • Leading supply chain strategy for the business unit, covering sourcing, supplier partnerships, logistics, and materials management. Strong ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.• Project & Product Management: Leading Digital Supply Chain projects across the full lifecycle from initiation to closure. Act as Scrum Master/Agile Project Lead, driving sprint ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) and maintaining sprint velocity as well as resolve blockers. • Technical Leadership & Integration: Oversee deployment of AI-powered Supply Chain Analytics solutions tightly integrated with API integrations and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure). Collaborate with engineering, data science and UX teams to ensure scalable solutions• Innovation & Solution Development: Spearheading development of an innovative E-Procurement SaaS platform. Act as a liaison between Business and IT to capture Supply Chain & business processes, gather requirements, and support the rollout of business and system solutions.• Stakeholder & Team Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, translating business challenges into actionable technical solutions. • Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Leveraging AI/ML for performance improvement and predictive analytics.
