Collaboration with IT Team: Work closely with the IT team to understand their hardware, software, and service requirements, ensuring procurement aligns with the company\'s technology needs.2. Vendor judgement and Negotiation: Evaluate potential vendors, negotiate pricing, and contract terms, ensuring vendor selection meets quality and budgetary requirements.3. Contract Management and Negotiation: Collaborate with legal and contract management teams in the negotiation and review of Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SoWs) with selected vendors.4. Purchase Order Management: Create and gain approval for purchase orders (POs) for all approved IT procurement activities5. Calculate monthly provisioning figures for all IT services, whether invoiced or accrued, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to the Finance Team.6. Classify products and services correctly between operating expenses (opex) and capital expenditures (capex).7. Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the IT procurement process.8. Conduct due diligence on potential technology vendors. Collaborate with legal and procurement teams to onboard new vendors also Evaluate vendor performance and adherence to contractual terms.9.Existing IT AMCs renewal management and maintaining AMC and Links tracker to ensure timely renewals.10.Identify and resolve any issues related to procurement processes or vendor performance.Link management - New Internet Links (ILL, MPLS, Broadband) procurement and commissioning / decommissioning. Bandwidth upgrade /downgrade.11. Disposal of IT assets across HO & Branches as per disposal policy.12.Handling multiple projects of Gati, Allcargo logistics & Allcargo supply chain like Amazon, Meesho, Ikea, AB automation, Page industries by delivering IT product and services before the Go live date.
