Tune controller features to optimize the parameter configuration for SG-6.6MW-155, SG-6.6MW-170 and SG-7.0MW-170 turbines for each PLM gate process. In simple terms, optimize and validate the wind turbine controller for new product development projects. Grid compliance checks like Low-Voltage ride through (LVRT), Multiple fault ride through (MFRT) for each gate process to co-ordinate with electrical team and optimize the controller to behave (recover,settle) as expected in Grid Fault Ride through scenarios. Analyze controller performance compared to the base variant ensuring the configuration is acceptable for gate release. Update and maintain MatLAB based scripts to analyze all control features for Onshore turbines and generate Controller release document using LaTeX. Driving Control tuning guidelines/workflows to standardize the existing tools for Onshore variant and to harmonize the Offshore and Onshore controller tuning related tools setup. Part of certification sub-area to certify the quarterly software release - describing the controller features, changes, parameters and alarms overview compared to the previous software version.
