I lead Quality Operations in India, managing 80+ auditors responsible for executing audits across large-scale, high-volume operations.My work focuses on setting the quality bar at scale, building audit mechanisms, strengthening execution discipline, and ensuring audit insights drive measurable improvement rather than passive reporting. I partner closely with various stakeholders such as Program/product managers and learning teams to simplify SOPs, reduce repeat defects, and improve decision quality.I’ve grown through associate, auditor, individual contributor, and people manager roles, which gives me a grounded, end-to-end view of quality.
