Job Description: Efforts Include QA and reconciliation of KYC forms against the institution’s customers list for the enrichment of missing required fields in existing KYC forms. Research and validation of entity data using appropriate internal and external data sources. The Entity Data includes legal name verification. Secured, analyzed and evaluated information and documents for KYC profiles remediation for Commercial Banking such as Trusts, LLC’s, Partnerships and Corporations, Pension Funds and Organizations. Also Performing KYC checks for affluent, High Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra High Net worth (UNHW) and entities across all markets. Ensuring compliance with all AML and KYC laws, regulations and regulation of OFAC, CIP and FATF. Effectively conducted CDD requirements on this basis of the Internal Risk Ratings for the Existing Accounts. Performed Sanctions screening and PEP’s identification. Reviewed potential negative news hits across Global Client Management divisions and took appropriate decisions on the same by adhering to the procedures laid. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to obtain information regarding the customer’s financial activity. Key Results: Complete analysis of transaction information to identify the risk, trends and potential suspicious activity. Utilize the request for information documents and responses sent by the RMs of banks to understand the purpose of the transactions. Preparing detailed summary of customer accounts clear and concise manner and attaching document supporting the report, thus ensuring the work is completed in accordance with business standards.
