I’m Sujeet Subhash Tambe – a dedicated academician, researcher, and professional with a unique blend of chemical engineering, operation management, and economics expertise. With 9 years of teaching and 3 years of industrial experience, I specialize in Operations, Total Quality Management (TQM), Supply Chain Management and Business Analytics.My journey started with a B.E. in Chemical Engineering from Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Engineering, Navi Mumbai. I’ve completed Post Graduate Diploma in Process Design Engineering from MIT, Pune and Post Graduation in Chemical and Piping Design Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, I later pursued an MMS in Operations Management and M.A. in Business Economics from the University of Mumbai. My Ph.D. in Production Management from PUMBA, Savitribai Phule Pune University, focusing on the strategic impact of TQM in manufacturing and service sectors.I\'m proud to have qualified both UGC-NET (2017 & 2019) and SET (2019) in Management as an Assistant Professor. These accomplishments reflect my commitment to academic excellence and continuous learning.Professionally, I\'ve industry experience in technical roles before transitioning to full-time academia. As an Assistant Professor at institutions like STES’s SIBAR Pune, Navsahyadri Group of Institutes, and ATES Technical Campus, Ahemednagar, I’ve taught MBA students courses like Operations Management, Research Methodology, Supply Chain Management, Strategic Management and Statistics.My research contributions include papers published in UGC-CARE journals and conferences such as SIMSREE’s Asia-Pacific Conference.
