Using sacrificial choke for initial clean up till the required fluid quality is achieved.Using SMS Determining the quantity of sand and quality of flow before diverting to separator.Diverting well to separator and setting pressure and level of that and closely monitoring the Parameters.Checking the oil specific gravity, temp, API, BS & W, viscosity, produced water salinity and PH.Checking gas gravity using Ranarex and checking the H2s and CO2 using dragger tubes.Using surge tank for measuring liquid flow rate.Using different sizes of orifices for correct DP.Transferring of liquid to storage tank.
