As the leader of the Indirect procurement team, I am responsible for effectively managing the indirect spend across four manufacturing sites and offices in the United Kingdom. Collaborated closely with cross-functional teams to align procurement initiatives with overall business objectives, enhancing overall organizational performance. • Spend Optimization: Identifying opportunities for smarter spending, preparing saving initiative plans in line with the business budget cycle. Leading RFX\'s, negotiating strategic contracts, sourcing for big value CAPEX projects.• Achievements & Recognition\'s: Delivery of P&L cost savings & cost avoidance. Successful execution of strategic tenders like Contingent workforce, Engineering maintenance & supply of critical packaging items like drums, IBC\'s pallets, etc. Successfully completed company\'s flagship Leadership Senses Begin Programme.
