Shifted entire team from Google workspace to Microsoft 365 to save costs and then acting as the administrator and staff trainer to ensure successful adoption across the company. Implementing an environment of project management and tracking via Notion and Microsoft Teams/Planner across the company to enable centralization and visibility across relevant stakeholders. Research and development for the AV production team to develop higher quality content utilizing AI to cut down on shooting costs and increase efficiency via time. Facilitating operational issues such as logistics, finding relevant personnel for communication projects. Meeting clients and seeking new business opportunities. Making pitch decks, proposals, and presenting to the client. Directly interacting with senior personnel of our clients which include - State Govt. of Odisha, Pragati Milk, Lalchnd Jewellers etc. Leading tech related work such as Web development, or digital marketing.
