An experienced professional with more than 25+ years research experience as medicinal/synthetic organic chemistry in drug discovery, CRO and process research-He heads the technical team for Discovery Chemistry Services, Eurofins Advinus-He has demonstrated leadership in multidisciplinary drug discovery projects spanning early-stage discovery to clinical development projects across diverse therapeutics areas- Executed many integrated discovery programs, internal and partner with global pharma companies and led multiple project with a focus on metabolic, inflammation, GI-disorder, CNS and oncology therapy areas-Have extensive knowledge and hands in all areas of modern synthetic organic chemistry, PROTACS, molecular glues, analytical chemistry and Hit-to-Lead generation to candidate identification-Advanced 5 drug candidates into pre-clinical development and 2 into clinical studies-Co-inventor of Lipaglyn/Saroglitazar (Currently in Indian market) to treat dyslipidemia,T2D and NASH-He was instrumental in establishing Adenosine platform in Advinus and TT-10/PORT-6 (A2A inhibitor, Phase 1) and TT-4/PORT-7 (A2B inhibitor) received IND clearance from USFDA for Solid tumors indication (early clinical development) and he is co-inventor. These compounds have been procured by pharma company -Have broad experience and understanding in IP management, CADD-Database expert for STN, SciFinder, Reaxys, Chemaxon, PyMOL, Accelrys.
