Here, I manage the content/copy department for Good Glamm Group. I am responsible for the day-to-day management of my team of content creators. We take up the company’s copy needs for various marketing collaterals including CRM, Perf. Ads, Product Launches, Website banners, Community Posts, GIFs and Videos. My primary objective is to maintain a digital calendar, allocating work to the team and briefing them, ensuring successful delivery of projects, managing schedules and budgets, leading cross-functional teams, hiring new team members, providing coaching and mentorship, and ensuring that my team functions smoothly. Key roles:1. Drive team performance by creating a positive work atmosphere.2. Tracking daily attendance daily and deliverables of the team.3. Responsible for monitoring, editing and coaching writers and help develop their skills.4. Provide daily feedback to team on key performance indicators including quality and average handle time.5. Providing subject matter expertise as well as resolving escalated issues.
