ABOUT SUJANANDHINI LJ
I\'m a psychology student. I have completed BSc Psychology from the Madras School of Social Work and am pursuing my Masters in Counseling Psychology from Christ University, Bangalore. Social Psychology, therapeutic interventions, working with young adults and geriatric population are my areas of interest. I have conducted three research studies as a part of my Bachelors, one of which was also presented in an International Conference conducted by MGR University, Chennai. Throughout my UG course, I have been a part of many internships that focused on introduction to mental health disorders, assessments and different kinds of therapies. I have attended workshops on case study building and suicide prevention. With Mental Health service availability dwindling everyday, I want to create a change by starting my career in this field, remove the stigma around the topic, help people realize the importance of mental health as a concept and integrate it as a part of their everyday life.
