Strategic Business Partnering Responsibilities:• Strategic partner and advisor to business leaders and managers by supporting, coaching, and guiding them on HR policies, practices, procedures and employee relation (ER) matters• Designing Rewards & Recognition programs for the LOB’s • Attrition analysis and attrition management- Review of detailed analysis with all the stakeholders and coming up with mitigation plans in consensus with the business leaders.• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization\'s goals and objectivesPerformance Management:• Driving performance management program. Diagnosing trends, issues & drivers for the business (such as: performance, high potential / top performers, new hires) and facilitating solutions. Lead the performance management cycle partnering with business for goal setting, performance reviews, normalization, compensation revision and promotion cycle.• Plan and roll out road shows and events to drive a high-performance cultureEmployee Engagement:• Partnering with leaders & managers to improve employee engagement and satisfaction, including analyzing survey results and implementing action plans to address areas of concerns. Conducting Focus group discussions, Town Halls, Brown Bags and Fire Side Chats with the leaders.• Drive innovative programs to improve job satisfaction and foster a positive work environment.Employee Relations:• Handling grievances, Workplace Conflicts, Policy Interpretation/ Implementation, Disciplinary & Ethics Issues.• Identifying potential problems early on to mitigate negative outcomes. Make recommendations that align with our culture, business needs and ultimately within our compliance guidelines.• Ensure the organization is in compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
