   Involved in developing the project charter and understanding the business case of the project. • Identifying the key and other stakeholders, and initiating the meetings to understand the whole requirement and architecture of the project and teams involved in the project. • Responsible to create and update RACI chart, RAID log and stakeholder register. • preparing the project plan for the requested changes or new implementation and requested for approval from the relevant stakeholders (Security & Privacy, sponsors for budget approval etc). • Prepare project status reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information and trends. • Identify, review, or selecting a correct vendors or consultants to meet project procurement needs. • Develop implementation plans that include analyses such as cost-benefit or return on investment (ROI). • Managing communication across departments to schedule and plan bi-weekly company all-hands meetings to ensure the team was bought into projects and the overall company mission. • Working closely with scrum masters and product owners to ensure the required approvals from steering committee, security and privacy team are collected before implementation.
