Man power management daily attendance absenteeism discussion and leave management for operator.·Responsible for updating daily work management documentation, such as eye chart data, daily rejection status, daily production report. Responsible for 70 man power planning to smooth run line.· Proper man power utilization at shop floor to increase productivity and improve quality.· Responsible to resolve Process issue, Quality issue, Safety issues of section.·Responsible for daily monitoring critical check point through patrol audit.· Implementing various quality and safety POKA-YOKE for elimination of defects and injuries.·Co-ordination with QC, QA, Store & maintenance team for production with safety measure.· Implement new techniques and process to improve the production and their works.· Participating to new ideas to eliminate major defects on line.· To make sure all the regular rejection & spare dispatch.·Responsible for assembly PQCDSME.· Monitoring & plan of torque wrench and tool calibration.· Responsible for 5S, safety, JH, to avoid brake down and increase production.· Making OJT (on job training) of new man power and give training about SOP (standard operating procedure).·Hourly production output monitoring.· Daily 5s and safety (unsafe act, unsafe conditions and near miss) audit to improve safety and 5s on shop floor.· Responsible to Kaizen submission from department per month 30 kaizen submit to IR.· C0-ordinate with Engineering team for new machine/tool/tackle/fixture setup in tractor assembly line.
