Pro Sport Development (PSD) is a social enterprise dedicated to using sport to aid in the holistic development of children and youth. Since its inception in 2013, PSD has gained extensive experience in designing, implementing and evaluating different sports-based programs. Our expertise ranges from delivering sports-based programs in a variety of settings to developing and delivering training of trainers programs to working with grassroots sports projects and organisations to help them manage and implement their programs more effectively.\\\\n\\\\nAs Director-Founder of PSD, I am responsible for providing strategic direction to the organisation and ensuring sustainability and growth in its core areas. I supervise the initiation and implementation of projects delivered by PSD, facilitating adequate human resource placement and ensuring programs are delivered effectively, maintaining the highest standards of quality.\\\\n\\\\n
