As an SVP driving Strategic Initiatives at Genpact, I leverage 25+ years of extensive knowledge of business operations and delivering business outcomes, utilizing my certifications in AI, Lean & Six Sigma and using the experience of leading large global teams both in operations delivery and in front end revenue generating areas. The role entails collaborating across the Genpact enterprise, comprising of 3 Business Segments, 12 Business Units, and various regional teams and functions to ensure that we drive forward Genpact\'s Next Gen Strategy of leveraging Ai, in Advanced Tech Solutions while continuing the Core business services backbone, while delivering rapid revenue growth with improvement in profitability. The position reports to Global Operating Officer (GOO) and is responsible for driving numerous programs that drive business transformation and P&L improvement, operating efficiency, through the keystone metrics like Revenue / HC, GM Upliftment, improving the Risk framework or driving improvement in C-Sat through talent imperatives. The role helps me bring my extensive experience of leading global teams in my prior roles, as well as leverage my knowledge of transforming business services through various projects in my role as Quality Leader and MBB, which has sharpened over the years with additional Ai certification.The role gains critical significance as Genpact drives forward in a rapidly evolving environment and embraces Ai in both internal functions as well as integrating it with client business processes. Prior to this role, my experience includes 25+ years of working both for and alongside global financial services and insurance organizations, being the Quality Leader, and Practice leader in Business Process Services industry working for firms like Cognizant Tech Services, WNS (now part of Cap Gemini) along with Genpact. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time outdoors hiking, as much badminton and squash as I can fit in, and even the occasional game of cricket!
