About section:I have always been intrigued about the kind of transformation that learning, unlearning and relearning can produce in a person or an organization or be it any other system or society as a whole. More intriguing counterfact is - what kind of devoid a partial or total absence of learning or an imposed learning can lead to. These simple thoughts inspire and drive me to do whatever I do and have done over 18 years of my professional journey in HR across Auto, Pharma and Chemical industries.
