Cleared 62 (Sixty-two) foreign remittance reporting which was pending with RBI since 2015 for the Company. Have also worked on initiating the compounding application for delay in reporting with RBI.• Liaising with NSDL, CDSL and RTA for various corporate affairs. • Completed the conversion of Compulsorily Convertible Preference shares (CCPS) to Equity shares which were held in physical form even after being a Public Company• Completed the process of conversion of Private Company to Public company in a span of 4 days. • Liaising with NSE and BSE for various statutory reporting and with ROC’s office for all the required approvals. • Worked on adjudication of stamp duty paid for share transfers• Vetting and authentication of all the staffing and recruitment agreements• Vetting of MSA’s, SOW’s and NDA’s for proposed and on-going business• Assisting in filing of Compounding applications with NCLT and SEBI • Assisted in the process of Reduction of Share Capital and filing the application with NCLT
