Focus on Oil-to-Chemicals (O2C) and energy transition: o Analyze the market outlooks on ongoing basis for latest trends in mobility transformation (Fuels, FCEVs, EVs, CAFÉ standards), Hydrogen economy (Technology development and costs of hydrogen: grey, blue, green) and Net Zero initiatives (Mandates by governments and commitments by nations and organizations)o Provide required support to the Solar PV Giga-factory o Evaluate world-class technologies for oil-to-chemical transition (Fuels minimization + olefins maximization)o Develop detailed cost sheets and evaluate pathways for olefins production from various routes to arrive at the “Best-bets” for the organizationo Configuration studies for O2C transition, based on these “Best-bets” along with next 15 years outlooks for price and market o Prepare a consolidated O2C transition plan to de-risk the business: Periodic updates on the Growth Plan and presentations to the management giving detailed options with recommendations and trigger points based on shifting market trendso Formulate downstream derivatives configuration for effective utilization of olefins and benzeneo Strategic tie-ups for technology sourcing / development & commercialization
