Leading team for Supply chain, Sourcing NPSM, Resin and Semiconductor across Global and Domestic Supplier base with having APV 15+M USD with 120 plus Supplier and 1200 parts to ensure smooth supplies at Global locations includes USA and AP countries. Lead end-to-end procurement function involving the identification of opportunity, releasing RFI/RFP, adjudication, e-auction, negotiations, placing contracts and management of suppliers and contracts as per the organization\'s policies and governance frameworks. Work for the customer - Harley-Davidson USA, administer +100 suppliers for sourcing, supply chain, after-sales service and warranty; handle 4500POs, oversee clearing back orders, and pass due orders for after-sales service parts. Direct +30 supplier Resin Mgt / wide raw material types across +23 moulding & OEM suppliers Initiate supplier assessment PCPA /APQP audit planning & execution across India base with +100 suppliers for Stellantis customer (formerly PSA), accomplished an 85% PCPA score card across supplier base before PPAP milestone.
