ABOUT SUHANI JONNAPALLI

I’m a Salesforce Developer with 7+ years of experience building and scaling enterprise Salesforce solutions, with a strong focus on CPQ and Quote-to-Cash processes. In my current role, I work across the full lifecycle—from understanding complex business requirements to designing, building, and supporting solutions in production. I specialize in translating evolving sales and finance workflows into scalable systems using Apex, LWC, Flows, and integrations. I’ve led and contributed to CPQ implementations for enterprise clients, where quoting, approvals, subscriptions, and renewals are tightly connected to downstream operations. My work focuses on handling real-world complexity—multi-step approvals, subscription lifecycle changes, and high-volume transaction processing—while ensuring performance, data consistency, and maintainability. On the technical side, I design bulk-safe logic, reusable components, and service-layer patterns to manage complex cross-object workflows within platform limits. I also build and support REST-based integrations, ensuring reliable data synchronization between Salesforce and external systems. Beyond development, I’m actively involved in code reviews, release management, and production support—owning deployments across environments and resolving issues with a focus on long-term stability. I enjoy working on systems that are critical to business operations—where scalability, reliability, and clean design matter.
