About Suhani Bali
As a legal scholar and researcher with an Advanced LL.M. in International Dispute Settlement & Arbitration from Leiden University, I am passionate about exploring the intersection of international law, human rights, trade dispute resolution, and sustainable development. My academic journey and professional experience have equipped me with the skills to navigate complex regulatory frameworks, design impactful legal strategies, and contribute to evidence-based policymaking. In my roles as a Research Assistant Lecturer at Mohammed VI Polytechnic University and a Legal Counsel at RBL Bank, I have conducted extensive research in areas such as labor rights enforcement, ESG compliance, and corporate sustainability. These experiences have deepened my understanding of how global legal frameworks influence national development trajectories, particularly in emerging economies like India and regions across Africa.
