ABOUT SUHANA RAJPUT
I am Suhana Rajput, and I am a practicing advocate based in Gurugram, Haryana. I deal with POSH training, consulting, and compliance. I also practice in matters related to labour laws, dealing with issues such as payment disputes, gratuity, domestic inquiries, and employee compensation. Additionally, I handle civil and criminal cases. Apart from my courtroom practice, I engage in freelance work. I am proficient in drafting legal documents such as complaints, petitions, notices, and various contracts like NDAs, service agreements, franchise agreements, lease agreements, and POSH policies. I graduated from MD University, Rohtak, and have two years of experience in litigation. My educational background also includes a B.Com degree from MD University, Rohtak, obtained in 2019.
