About Suhaina Sultan
Hi, there! I\'m a passionate Educator and a highly organised IB PYP Coordinator with a vision towards holistic development of students and the members of the learning community. I value learning from others, great conversations, listening and collaborating. I value equality, inclusion and diversity. I believe that the role of 21st century Educator goes beyond teaching to understand; rather it is being mindful of the fact that \'what we do impacts the lives of our students every single day.\' Great things are achieved by questions, curiosity and an inquiry-driven mindset to explore, research and learn. It is important for us as facilitators to stay open-minded, unbiased and eager to facilitate great learning among the members of the learning community. I have a Masters in Counselling Psychology and this educational background is helping me a lot in my role as an Educator, Coordinator and for me as a person. Outside of work, I bake for joy and care for animals.
