Engineering Innovation | Driving Global Projects | 🤝 Leading with PurposeAs a Mechanical Engineering graduate from Mumbai University, I’ve always been fascinated by how things work—and more importantly, how to make them work better. My academic journey, complemented by a PGDM in Operations Management from Welingkar Institute, helped me develop a strong foundation in technical design, problem-solving, and organizational efficiency. Beyond academics, my passion for learning extends to cycling, running, and continuous self-improvement, which fuels my drive to take on complex challenges and see them through.With 17+ years of hands-on experience in mechanical design and project leadership, I’ve led end-to-end development of Special Purpose Machines (SPMs), welding fixtures, and high-precision assemblies across industries like food processing, automotive, and furniture. My expertise spans reverse engineering, product development, GD & T, and offshore delivery models—often collaborating with clients from the USA, UK, Germany, and Canada. At Technosoft Engineering, I’ve successfully managed cross-functional teams and onsite engagements, driving quality, cost, and time efficiencies across large-scale engineering projects.Looking ahead, I aim to transition into a strategic managerial role where I can blend my technical depth with leadership skills to drive innovation, process improvement, and team growth. I’m particularly interested in roles that allow me to mentor engineering teams, streamline global project execution, and contribute to long-term organizational excellence. I believe the next phase of my career is about creating impact—not just through what I design, but through how I lead.
