Lead OBD-II calibrator for Jeep Cherokee 3.2L, Dodge Charger/Challenger 3.6L V6 applications. Generate and execute test plans to release calibrations in accordance with program timing and report changes in DVP & R documentation.Develop and implement OBD calibration solutions for OBD-I circuit rationalities for V6 application based on GPEC and PMBD standards.Represent V6 team at Evaporative Systems COE and calibrate Evaporative system monitors for GPEC2A/GPEC5 applications. Use COE best practices and Design for Six Sigma methodology in determining thresholds based on statistical evidence to limit warranty, robustly detect failure, and meet regulatory requirements. Conducted emissions demonstrations and analyzed data results on applicable OBD monitors to ensure compliance with ULEV70 regulations for Jeep Cherokee and Dodge Charger/Challenger configurations.Work with quality teams to assess and root cause fleet issues for V6 NAFTA and APAC applications and notify appropriate hardware, software, or calibration team when required.Use ETAS INCA to perform data collection and OBD monitor validation on V6 gas and PHEV applications to validate calibration releases and ensure In Use Monitor Performance Ratio requirements are met.Use various instrumentation like CANalayzer, schematics, and Simulink models to induce hardware and software faults to validate diagnostic trouble code functionality.
