ABOUT SUHAIB RASOOL WANI

I am an Assistant Professor at CGC University with a Master’s degree in Transportation Engineering and a strong background in structural engineering. My work focuses on applying machine learning, deep learning, and explainable AI to infrastructure design, material optimization, and performance prediction.I have published multiple peer reviewed papers in top tier journals on concrete strength prediction, flexural and tensile behavior, and sustainable materials using AI models such as neural networks, ensemble methods, and SHAP analysis. I have also worked as an AI Scientist on a UK based materials research project.My expertise includes image processing and time series analysis for material behavior, monitoring, and prediction. I have hands on experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and STAAD Pro, and strong skills in Python, R Studio, SPSS, and GIS.I am currently working with Abaqus for advanced simulation and exploring generative AI for structural and transportation engineering. I plan to pursue a PhD focused on intelligent and sustainable infrastructure.
