As Technical Program Management Lead for Cloud Migration & Platform Modernization, I am responsible for- Spearheading a large-scale public cloud migration managing the full lifecycle from planning to execution with a focus on security, scalability, and compliance- Leading multiple parallel work-streams across 400+ microservices, coordinating cross-functional engineering teams, cloud operations, and SREs to ensure a seamless cutover- Translating eBay’s CIS-aligned compliance requirements into actionable migration standards, while partnering with principal engineers to define and enforce cloud-native architectural templates- Driving the creation and adoption of standardized CI/CD pipelines (using tools like ArgoCD, Jenkins, Octopus etc.), enabling consistent, auditable deployments across development teams- Developing repeatable migration frameworks and checklists to reduce cutover risk and improve delivery velocity, aligned with developer experience and quality assurance goals- Building data-driven dashboards and KPIs to track migration velocity, cutover success, post-migration incidents, and engineering productivity—providing actionable insights for executive reporting- Proactively managing RAID logs, forecasting resource bottlenecks, and escalating risks to a cross-functional steering committee that includes senior cloud leadership and business stakeholders- Bridging the gap between technical teams and non-technical executives, providing clear, strategic updates and aligning deliverables to organizational strategy for this high-visibility, CEO-level initiative.
